The successful candidate must be able to provide leadership, be highly motivated and have a proven track record in the fund development arena. The position requires a high volume schedule of personal contacts and involvement activities for fund development and must meet established goals for a fund development plan in Northern California. This plan will include monthly and yearly goals for fundraising. |
