On April 29th, we came together at Universal Studios Hollywood as a passionate community to celebrate the stories of Covenant House youth, alumni and volunteers…our stars. The night featured CHC youth entertainment, silent & live auctions, dinner and inspiration.

We wanted to share the highlight of the evening with ALL of our supporters. Our favorite moment, was when our beautiful young people courageously shared where they’ve been, and how they’ve transformed in this moving “Cardboard Confessionals video.”

If you believe that no young person deserves to be homeless, please join us in our movement to end youth homelessness in CA by sharing, tweeting and posting www.covenanthousecalifornia.org/stars with your friends! OUR YOUTH ARE OUR STARS!

We were fortunate to be inspired and encouraged by Mayor Eric Garcetti, our CHC Alumni Honoree, Alex Tellez and our corporate partner of the year, Delta Air Lines.

Honoring CHC Corporate Partner of the Year, Delta Air Lines
At CHC, we are incredibly grateful for the amazing partnership and support that Delta Air Lines provides for the homeless and trafficked young people at Covenant House across the globe. Over the past several years, the thoughtful and strategic way that Delta has invested in the communities they serve is truly a model for corporate philanthropy.

Our youth, staff and board would like to thank Delta for caring for our young people in so many practical ways. The support we’ve received from executives Sleeping Out, serving on special event committees, team members volunteering on campus and regularly stopping by to personally donate supplies and clothing goes above and beyond. In addition, the financial gifts and tickets to travel Delta has provided for our on-site programs, coupled with across the board event sponsorship has set an example to many new corporate supporters for Covenant House California.

Thank YOU for your support … and for loving our amazing young people. For more information, please contact Amanda Sattler at 323-461-3131, ext. 268.
