Covenant House California has retained DSG | Koya to lead the search for its next Chief Executive Officer. We are seeking a thoughtful, relational visionary to guide the organization into its next chapter. After a decade of growth, CHC is focused on strengthening alignment, culture, fundraising, and long-term sustainability.
The CEO will serve as the organization’s chief ambassador, devoting significant time to fundraising and external engagement, while partnering closely with an engaged Board and Covenant House International to advance a shared vision for impact.
