Covenant House California has retained DSG | Koya to lead the search for its next Senior Vice President of Northern California Programs. The SVP will oversee a complex portfolio of programs, people, facilities, and community partnerships across a dynamic region that includes Oakland, Hayward, and Santa Clara.

A key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP will ensure excellence in service delivery, strengthen culture, and provide stability while helping to shape the next chapter of impact across Northern California.
